My name is Marlene. I lost my husband very suddenly nearly seven years ago, less than a month before I was due to retire from Science teaching. I have been fortunate to have loving and supportive family and friends, as well as a strong Christian faith, to help me learn to adjust to a new life without Tom. Life is different from what I imagined it would be, but it is enjoyable and fulfilling.
